Ripe pear, quince and chamomile on the nose, crisp and fresh finish.
Grapes were sourced from older vineyards in the Swartland. The grapes were handpicked early morning to retain the natural flavour of the fruit. Free-run juice was used for fermentation where after the wine was left on the lees for two months before bottling.
