Passion fruit, white peach and citrus on the nose. Fresh and crisp with a lingering finish.
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Piekenierskloof region. Early morning picking to retain the natural flavours. Free-run juice inoculated and fermented under controlled conditions. After fermentation, the wine was left on the lees before bottling.
