Tasting Notes:
This wine has a nose of white pear, melon and apricot, layered with mineral notes. It has a mouth-coating viscosity on the palate. Well integrated oak nuances provide a spicy complexity and depth of flavour, without overshadowing the fruit.

Asian-style seafood bouillabaisse, rich fish entrées, or Peking duck.
