Rich amber-gold in colour with warm copper highlights. The nose is bright and inviting, opening with ripe apple and pear before developing a subtle raisin character that adds depth and richness. With time in the glass, delicate notes of vanilla and sweet oak begin to emerge.

Smooth, rounded and expressive on the palate, with fresh orchard fruit carrying through from the nose and unfolding into layers of dried fruit, vanilla and warm oak spice. Five years of maturation in American oak casks have given the brandy structure, texture and complexity, while preserving the purity and vibrancy of its fruit.

The finish is elegant and lingering, with gentle warmth, fine oak and a final impression of dried fruit and vanilla.
