The handcrafted Juno Gin is infused with fresh lemon, bay leaves, sweet orange, star anise, pepper corns, juniper berries and a few secret ingredients. Redemption Rum undergoes a meticulous ageing process within oak barrels, a tradition that imparts depth, complexity, and subtle warmth to this rich, amber-hued spirit.
