Our spirit offerings include De Pijl Potstill Brandy, Juno Gin and Redemption Rum. De Pijl 5 year old Potstill Brandy is smooth, rounded and expressive on the palate, with fresh orchard fruit carrying through from the nose and unfolding into layers of dried fruit, vanilla and warm oak spice. The handcrafted Juno Gin is infused with fresh lemon, bay leaves, sweet orange, star anise, pepper corns, juniper berries and a few secret ingredients. Redemption Rum undergoes a meticulous ageing process within oak barrels, a tradition that imparts depth, complexity, and subtle warmth to this rich, amber-hued spirit.
