Tasting Notes:
The wine shows a pale straw colour with a slight golden hue. On the nose, it bursts with floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine, layered with ripe stone fruit, litchi, and hints of citrus zest. The palate is lusciously sweet yet beautifully balanced by bright acidity, revealing flavours of peach, apricot, and honeyed pear. A gentle natural spritz carries through to a clean, fragrant, and lightly effervescent finish.

Food pairing:
Perfect with fresh fruit, light desserts, or soft cheeses. Also pairs beautifully with spicy dishes, where the sweetness provides a balancing contrast.
