Tasting Notes:
A fun, fruity and fresh Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. Light green in colour with fine bubbles. The nose burst with lemongrass, fennel and grassy notes. The palate carries green and yellow apple with sweet peach and distinctive passion fruit coming to the fore offering a well-balanced sparkling wine. Sweet fruits linger on the aftertaste with a refreshing finish, perfect for a hot summer’s day.

Fresh oysters, Caprese salad, seared tuna, sushi or smoked salmon.
